Australia needs your help

Motorcycle collection lost in fireSo far, 180 people have died in the horrifying fires burning a few hundred miles to the west of where I’m sitting now. Rob Hallet of Narbethong, Victoria, was one of the lucky ones to escape: in the image above right, he’s standing in the remains of the shed that contained his rare collection of BSA motorbikes. The death toll is forecast to top 300, entire towns have burnt to the ground, and thousands of people are homeless. If you have just a few seconds to spare, please help by donating online to the Australian Red Cross. [Via DoubleOhTwo]
