At the recent AMD World Championship, this brutal, stripped-down motorcycle came fifth in the tough Freestyle section—right behind two other Bike EXIF favorites, the Krugger Overmile and the SE Service Harrier from Sweden. It’s called Snatch and it’s built by Satya Kraus of Kraus Motor Co., based in the mountains of Cazadero in northern California. Snatch has a bronze-coated frame, and rocker rear suspension with three inches of travel (courtesy of air springs). The springer front end has exactly the same amount of travel, plus 4-piston Brembo brakes. Which will no doubt be needed: this is a powerful and very rideable bike with a rumbling 91” hybrid Harley Shovel/Evo engine. For a great account of Satya’s eventful Sturgis trip, check out Felicia Morgan’s Badlands Road Story on Bikernet.
