Stacey, my source was SPS’ own PR on this: Despite the sluggish economy, Sucker Punch Sally’s continues to expand and has hired Ray to help with the artistic direction of the company’s product lines … “They’ve given me the opportunity to create a visual entity of the company with absolute free reign and total conviction in my ideas and abilities.” I guess I read too much into ‘absolute free reign’!

Just an FYI… Sarah Ray is not controlling the company’s artistic direction.
The Art Director, Kevin Carnes is the designer who has developed and continues to successfully brand SuckerPunch Sallys and their sister companies.
