Yamaha SR500 tracker

Yamaha SR500 tracker customized by Giannis of Speed Junkies
Giannis of Speed Junkies bought this 1981 SR500 from an owner who thought the bike had a transmission problem—but it just needed a clutch adjustment. After fixing that, he decided to convert the bike into a tracker, doing most of the work himself. “I didn’t spend much money, other than the flat-track seat, tail, Yamaha GT80 tank, an old Bates slip-on exhaust and some other smaller things here and there.” He did it all himself, apart from that cool retro paintjob, and a fine piece of work it is too. The old-school trailbike tank is a neat touch and the seat is minimalist perfection. How much did you sell it for, Giannis?

Crazy! I can’t even find a stock SR500 to buy, let alone a DTX job done that well.
