Based in Long Beach, California, Suicide Machine Co. is run by brothers Shaun and Aaron Guardado. Their motto is “Fast, Loud, Deathproof,” and they’re famed for turning American v-twins into rapid flat track racers.
The Guardados also turn out the occasional fire-breathing road bike, and have raced demolition derby cars too. (Their wrenching skills are such that they’re reportedly able to build two cars in one week.)
Despite the brash image and energy drink sponsorships, Shaun and Aaron are skilled mechanics and marketers with a thoughtful approach to life and business.
