Bike EXIF Custom Diesel Mini-Bike- NO RESERVE
This is your chance to own the first motorcycle ever listed on Bike EXIF Auctions: a truly one-of-a-kind, custom diesel-powered mini-bike. Born from a late-night idea and a curious Amazon purchase, this machine is a masterclass in resourceful, shed-built engineering and the official mascot for fun on two wheels.
The project began with two key components: a forlorn 1970s Sears-Allstate Roper frame and a surprisingly robust 196cc single-cylinder industrial diesel engine. Built by the Bike EXIF crew, the build process was a journey of clever problem-solving and creative fabrication. The frame was modified to accommodate the unique drivetrain, which features a Vevor 30-series CVT torque converter mated to a go-kart reverse gearbox—ingeniously used to provide forward motion after the initial assembly resulted in the bike only going backwards.
Every detail on this mini-bike tells a story. The custom aluminum fuel tank was fabricated in-house, the upswept stainless steel exhaust was built from the scrap bin, and the impossibly functional center stand was repurposed from a Honda CB550 project. The aesthetic is a perfect blend of industrial charm and vintage moto-cool.
